What is twin seating?
Twin seating brings two places together in a shared seating layout. Check your chosen cinema’s photographs and booking category for the exact arrangement.
Does one ticket admit one person or two?
That depends on how the selected seating category is sold. Check the number of guests admitted by each booking unit before paying. If the ticket description is unclear, contact the cinema or booking provider before completing the purchase.
Do the seats recline?
Our fixed sofa loungers stay in one position. The backrest and footrest do not adjust. Check the seating category at your chosen cinema for the exact design.
Is Newfangled only for couples?
The twin-seat format is about sitting together. You can plan a visit with a partner, friend or family member, subject to the film’s admission requirements and the seating arrangement available for your group.
Can I visit alone?
Contact your chosen cinema or check the booking category before paying. Ask whether an individual place can be booked or a complete twin unit must be reserved.
How do we book for three people or an odd-numbered group?
Check the seat map and category rules, or contact the cinema for help. Confirm the number of places or twin units needed for everyone in your group before payment.
Is a regular ticket for a private room?
No. A regular ticket is for a scheduled show shared with other ticket holders. For exclusive use, contact the cinema to find out whether private screenings are available.
Which seats have the most legroom?
Layouts can differ by auditorium and row. Ask the cinema about the seats you are considering, especially if you need a particular amount of space.

How do I book tickets?
Choose your cinema on the Movies & Tickets page, then follow its booking link. Select your film, date and showtime, review the seating and guest count, and complete payment with the booking provider.
Where can I see today’s movies and showtimes?
Open the booking link for your chosen cinema and select the correct date. Check the film’s language and format as well as its title.
How much are tickets?
Prices vary by cinema, film, showtime and seating category. The booking provider displays the price for your selection. Check whether it is per person or per twin unit, together with the final total and any charges, before paying.
Can I select my seats?
Use the seat-selection options offered by the booking provider. Availability can change until your booking is confirmed.
Can I buy tickets at the cinema?
Contact the cinema to confirm box-office availability and opening times. Online availability does not guarantee that a seat will still be available when you arrive.
What payment methods can I use?
Online payment options are displayed by the booking provider at checkout. Contact the cinema separately for accepted box-office payment methods.
Can I cancel, change or reschedule my booking?
Check the terms for your selected show before payment. Changes, cancellations and refunds depend on the booking channel and applicable terms. For a platform booking, use that platform’s support process.
My payment went through but I did not receive a ticket. What should I do?
Check your booking history and confirmation messages with the booking provider. If no booking is confirmed, contact its support team with the payment reference and transaction details before attempting another payment.
What happens if a show is cancelled or changed?
Check messages from the cinema and booking provider for instructions about your affected booking. Contact the provider through which you paid if you need help with the available resolution.

How early should I arrive?
Follow the arrival guidance on your ticket and allow time to find the cinema and reach your seat. Contact the venue if you need assistance planning your arrival.
Can I enter after the film has started?
Contact the cinema if you expect to be late. Ask about the late-entry arrangements for your show; entry or a refund should not be assumed.
